THAT YELLOW T-SHIRT
The true history of how George & Tammy met has long been disputed. To this day, George holds true that he first locked eyes with Tammy across the room in their Asian American Studies class at Berkeley. There was just something about that yellow Jason Mraz shirt that drew him to her … maybe he’s a bee. Tammy claims the first time she noticed George was in Chinese 1AY the next semester, where the matchmaking abilities of their Mandarin Professor set up their story.
After that, George & Tammy were inseparable. They spent time studying together, going on spontaneous local trips, and watching Gannon’s intramural basketball team. Their mutual appreciation for the Golden Bear Cafe and boba really sealed the deal.
